We had the best time! This is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to be back! The owners are super helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the view is awesome. It’s so nice to walk off the back porch and just steps to the beach. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc to use. We can’t wait to come back!

Annual Girls Trip

This was my 2nd (and definitely not my last) stay here. The property is very clean and is in the absolute best location! It’s about a mile from The Big Chill and the beach is not crowded.

It's cozy, right on the beach, alwyas clean, has everything we need, and communication is great! You can't beat the view. We love sitting on the porch and the benches at the top of the stairs in the morning/evenings.

Repeat customer and always so impressed!

We loved our stay again at this awesome condo on the beach! Ground level always makes unpacking a breeze. And with the condo right on the beach we have toes in the sand within minutes of arriving! :)

Truly a home away from home

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

We love this cute little beach condo! The location is perfect and it really does feel like our “home away from home”. We stay here every year for our beach vacation! Seriously the best little hidden gem along 30A!

Great Location!

This place was great. It was small but perfect for our little family getaway! Loved how you could walk out on porch and you were at the beach. Place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Sea mist is the perfect condo on the perfect beach. The view from the back deck is gorgeous. The beach was not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing View!!

Excellent location and even better view!! Easy access to the beach and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Only had a few rainy days but Loved sitting out on the back patio without compromising the ocean view. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. You walk out the back door, down the steps, and right onto the sand. Plenty of room for our family of four. Great location-close to everything in 30A.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

Our favorite beach stay!

The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is so nice and spacious. We stayed here with our two year olds. It was the perfect size for a family of 4, super clean, with comfortable furniture. We loved being able to walk directly to the beach- made it so easy with two toddlers. There are stairs to get to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. The location of the condo was right in the middle of everything. A very short ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach! We absolutely loved staying here and plan to return.
