  • Ocean Reef # 1403 se encuentra en el piso 14 en el Ocean Coral. Tan pronto como entras por la puerta se le llevará lejos con la vista impresionante !!

    El condominio fue pintado recientemente en agosto de 2018.

    El salón está muy bien decorado con un cómodo sofá, Asientos en el lateral, mesas, luces, ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. El salón se abre a la terraza privada, así como la suite principal.

    La suite principal está alojado con una cómoda cama king size, hermosas ropa de cama, mesa auxiliar, ventilador de techo, armario y TV de pantalla plana. La suite también se abre a la terraza privada que es ideal para ver el océano, observando las aves vuelan o escuchando el suave sonido de las olas rompiendo contra la playa. La habitación principal también tiene un baño principal privado que se acomoda con la ropa de baño.

    La habitación tiene dos camas matrimoniales, ventilador de techo, mesa lateral, asientos, tocador, televisión de pantalla plana colgada en la pared con un reproductor de DVD. La habitación también se abre al baño de visitas. Allí podrá encontrar todas las ropa de baño que necesita para una estancia confortable.

    El comedor tiene una mesa de comedor superior de vidrio exquisita que cómodamente tendrá capacidad para seis. Más asientos en la barra con taburetes. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimera de granito. El propietario no ha ahorrado ningún gasto y le ha proporcionado todo lo que necesitará para preparar y servir una comida mientras está de vacaciones.

    Los balcones privados en Ocean Reef se encuentran entre los más grandes se encuentran en la zona. Desde el balcón se puede ver el agua sin fin del Golfo, delfines saltando, gaviotas volando, amantes de la playa a pie, parapente, canotaje, buceo y mucho, mucho más. El balcón está completamente amueblado y ofrece una zona de relax para disfrutar de atardeceres, amaneceres, juegos de mesa con cenas románticas familia y amigos y. Nuestros huéspedes encuentran si no están en la playa, entonces están en su balcón privado!

The condo was perfect. Had some beach chairs, beach toys, everything in the kitchen we needed to cook, and the balcony was huge! There was plenty of seating on the balcony and we felt very at home. I cannot wait to come back next year.

Was exactly as described. Gorgeous beach views, great location, only thing that was disappointing was the lack of working elevators. It took a long time to get up and down to the beach. Overall an amazing experience, we will be back!

The condo was very peaceful, clean, had a fantastic view, and a plethora of conveniences for a good time staying in or going out. Definitely try The Runaway for dinner. I highly recommend and will come back in the future. Thank you for such a stress-free stay.Bonus—the elevators are SUPER quick and clean! Parking garage attendants were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Friends trip

We loved the ocean reef the balcony was spacious which we loved . Great location close to a lot of restaurants . The wicked wheel was our favorite and we didn’t have to wait at any restaurant we went to . We would recommend ocean reef to anyone and will likely be staying there again .

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Reef through Greta’s Beach Rentals. The view was absolutely stunning, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony with the comfortable outdoor furniture. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The unit also included two beach chairs and a beach cart, which made trips to the beach so easy and convenient. Highly recommend this unit for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway!

Great place!

Condo was great! Comfortable beds and massage chair was a plus after a long day of walking. Balcony was our favorite spot and we spent every minute we could out there. Would suggest some basic seasonings in kitchen and light did not work in front bedroom.

Lots to love about this condo

This is at least our 3rd consecutive year renting this condo and we hope to rent this condo again in the future years to come. This condo is on the 14th floor with spectacular views of the beach & ocean life. There is a pier about 2.5 miles on the left & another pier about 2.5 miles on the right if you happen to like walking on the beach.This condo also has included 2 reserved lounge chairs w/umbrella on the beach if you like to relax & get your beach on. Condo was very clean and perfect for our family vacation.

Very Pleasant Experience

Wonderful condo and the onsite facility staff were great. One elevator was down so it slowed things depending on time of day and weather, but they did everything they could to mitigate delays. Comms w manager were excellent and they went out of their way to accommodate check out day requests. The parking garage is an interesting setup, and while we did fine in our midsize SUV rental, those with long bed trucks struggled with the tight turns and small spaces. But the assigned space was accurate and there were uncovered overflow spots available. Will DEF stay again.

Loved the Balcony and the view !

The condo was very nice … decorated nice. Loved the balcony and the view. A suggestion is upgraded hot water heater . The washer turned my whites beige…. The seal around the washer door was molded . Upfront washers … you need to leave the door and the washing detergent door open after each washing to prevent mold. One elevator was down and the other two was so slow and overflowing not to mention no air conditioning. An Ice machine on each floor would be great ! Even with the negative…. We would come again … the place was adorable and the view fantastic !

This is our second year enjoying our stay in Ocean Reef 1403. The well equipped condo, large balcony, beautiful sand, great restaurants — especially Runaway Island, Sharky’s, C Level, Wicked Wheel, American Charlie — love it all. It’s a great place to escape cold weather!
