The condo was amazing!! Very spacious, great view, all the amenities needed for a long weekend for our girls trip (although we did need to purchase more toilet paper). I would definitely stay again. Our only issue, which was not really a big deal, were the floors were pretty dirty. Not noticeable with he naked eye, but after walking around with bare feet inside, we all noticed our feet were black on bottom. Also, 2 of the toilet paper holders fell from the wall so I think they just need to be securely reattached. BUT.....no real complaints at all!!! Staff was helpful and friendly as well. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Unit, Lacks execution, disappointing for the money we paid

Beautiful Condo, but smells musty and wifi didn't work which was an issue because the cell signal is low. Terrible communication with rental company. Parking passes were impossible to print before we came because we had a rental car. The parking garage is not well marked. Directions were unclear. Then, very stressful when we got to the resort with the staff at the resort. The upper desk is poorly staffed and always has a sign that the person is out patrolling the property. They said they would come to the desk to get the wristbands and after 20 minutes and 2 phone calls someone came. Then he didn't even have the wrist bands and said we would have to come back in the morning. When wifi didn't rental company they told me to call a phone number and that office wasn't even open on Friday and no response from rental company. Should provide better information regarding where to park, how to get the wrist bands, and the luggage carts. No one called us back when we called. I called after the trip to discuss the issues. Told what happened and no one called me back to discuss. Need some thicker blankets. Need better room darkening in bedrooms that face the road (bright light shines in from the hallway). Elevators didn't work well with the wind. Management wouldn't give us anything to help with the musty smell since they do not manage this unit. Luggage carts and grocery carts are always locked up which made getting luggage and groceries difficult.

We enjoyed the week in this unit. We go the beach every year and this is by far the best unit we have ever stayed in. Lots of living space in kitchen and living room. Room was clean and more than met my expectations. Thank you

Family spring break

I really liked the unit, the floor plan is great! The beds were comfortable , the kitchen was stocked satisfactory. The negatives would he the difficulty getting items to and from your car, the resort has the luggage carriers locked up, you have to leave your driver license with attendant to get a luggage carrier . That is a bit much, and the $5.00 token to use a shopping cart…

Great location

Great location and great property. Easy beach access and parking. The property could use some attention to detail in a few areas: wi-fi is not strong, no stopper in the tub (I improvised something), no dish scrubber for the kitchen sink (I bought one), pans were very dirty and scratched up (maybe because of no scrubber?), only four coffee mugs ( unit sleeps 12). I didn’t contact anyone because it did not affect my stay.

Condo was beautiful and very Spacious ,the view from the large deck is spectacular, beds were very comfortable. Included 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella would have been nice if it came with double that. The weather was perfect we did not want to leave, We will be back .

Best condo we have ever stayed in

This condo was outstanding. Clean, beautifully decorated, excellent view. All the beds were super thick and soft, even the bunk beds. It was very easy to get from the parking garage to the condo. Pool and hot were great and beach access was easy. Easily the best condo we have stayed in from all our trips to PC.

Fabulous Condo

My family and I visit Panama City Beach every year and this has been our favorite condo by far! This condo is so spacious with a super large balcony - but the best part is it is located right above the pool with an amazing view of the ocean. The ONLY negative is the $50 fee for parking per car and since it sleeps 10 we had three vehicles so there was an extra $150 charge. We will be staying here every year if available.

Absolutely Perfect

First of all, I need to give a HUGE shout out to the maintenance for the property. We had a hick-up during our stay, but Austin was extremely prompt in his replies and communication, and made our stay wonderful. As for the property, what can we say, it was amazing! The condo was just as advertised, the staff on site was wonderful, the parking and abailabilty to the room was the best at the site, and the view was amazing! We used the electric grill a couple of times which made staying in a treat. Being able to walk down one flight of stairs to the beach each morning, made setting up so easy. The young men, who took care of our chairs and unbrella were great and alot of fun to talk to. We have stayed in numerous locations throughout Florida, and this was, BY FAR, the best we have ever stayed at. Walking to a couple of restaurants, that were incredible beach bars, made our evenings even more fun. The close location to the Winn Dixie made shopping a breeze. I can go on and on about this place, but you should experience it to get the full enjoyment. Loved it and we WILL be back!!!

Pleasantly surprised

This unit looks exactly like the pictures . It is a very large unit with plenty of room. My only complaint was that some of the furniture was broke or wobbly so there was a living room chair we could not sit in . The beds in all the bedrooms were great. Thia unit is on the 2nd floor so we just used the stairs instead of the elevator. Parking garage has pleny of parking spaces. So we had no trouble ever finding aomwqhere to park. The pool ia on the smaller size but it was fine because my children are older . The staff at the gift shop and the snack bar were so so nice . The condo and the unit are well worth it. We will be staying in this exact unit again next year hopefully. I would recommend this unit to anyone , in fact i already did while we were araying there because some other guest were compkaining about the elevators and i told them about this unit. It has everything you need for a great wk at the beach!!! Thank you 203 for a great wk....

Disappointed

To start off with. Getting your Luggage to the Condo was total Chaos. You have to put everything in Shopping Carts and wait in a long line for 2 Elevators. We had 10 people who stayed in the biggest Condo at this place. 5 Adults and 5 Kids the ages of 5-17. I found it Disappointing that we had 1 roll of tissue paper per bathroom, 2 garbage bags and 2 set of towels per bathroom for the whole week. We had to wash towels every day to take showers. Also I asked SPENCY one of the workers out on the beach if I could have a 2nd set of chairs and umbrella. He said it was 1 set per condo. I told him the condo I have is 3 times as big as the other condos. He told me that you are spending all that money you can give me $20.00 for another set of chairs. And thing of it is that nobody used at least 10 of them all day. Then the next day. We went on the beach around 6:30am to put up our Tents and I put my Ice Chest and Towel on a chair close to our Tents. Then when we finished setting up, we went eat breakfast. Then when we got back, I notice my stuff was gone. I looked around for 10 minutes then I asked someone sitting close by and they said the guy in the booth took it. So, I asked SPENCER if he took my stuff. He said yes, he said you can't just put your stuff on whatever chair you feel like. I said I'm sorry I didn't know. Then he said would you like to book one because the one you took is booked. I said no I don't and walked away. Then he told me 2 more time about putting my stuff on th

Condo was nice, staffing and cleaning crew need work.

The Condo itself was nice. My family stayed here for 1 week. It was a great location. The 2nd floor balcony was nice, beautiful view. The cleaning crew and maintenance of this condo need to do better. We found a pill bottle full of marijuana in the drawer in a table in the living room. Also a couple of the kids decided they wanted to camp out in the living room on the last night, we started pulling out the sofa mattress and there was blood spots and it was obvious that the cover on the mattress had not been changed in quite some time. There was no bathtub plug in the only bathroom with a bathtub. Had to plug it with a washcloth for kiddos to take a bath. Needs a removable shower head to wash small kids hair in the bathtub. There was a broken piece in dishwasher, making it difficult to wash plates in the bottom rack. The weekday pool cleaning lady was loud and obnoxious. It was not pleasant drinking our morning coffee on the balcony, while listening to her dramatically complaining about her coworkers, guests, and job every single morning that she worked. The weekend AM pool cleaner (male) was pleasant and quiet. There was also a security guard on the Holiday weekend that was constantly chatting it up with underage girls about their tans and yelling at kids.

Beautiful place to stay.

It was just as listed. Plenty of room for us all. If I had any complaint it was no hot water after the first two people had a shower. No way to turn it up either. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay other than that.

Family Vacation

This is the second time our family has stayed at this particular property for fall break! In my opinion, it’s the best unit at Sterling Breeze! There was plenty of room for our family to gather comfortably in the main room and the bedrooms were very spacious as well! We will definitely be back and recommend to friends & family!
