  • Esta lujosa unidad está ubicada en el piso 17 del complejo de condominios Ocean Reef. Cuando entras por la puerta, inmediatamente notas las impresionantes aguas verde esmeralda del golfo. También notará el plano de planta abierto y la hermosa decoración.

    La cocina tiene encimeras de granito, iluminación y está equipada con todas las necesidades para una estancia confortable. Además de los electrodomésticos normales de cocina, encontrará una tostadora, cafetera, microondas, utensilios de cocina, ollas, sartenes, China y mucho más. En el comedor encontrará una hermosa mesa con capacidad para cuatro personas cómodamente. También encontrará taburetes alrededor del mostrador para aún más asientos.

    La sala de estar ha sido bellamente amueblada con un sofá cama de tamaño completo, sillas laterales, mesas, lámparas, ventilador de techo y TV de pantalla plana grande y un DVD para el entretenimiento. Se ha proporcionado Wi-Fi para su disfrute y comodidad.

    La Master Suite está equipada con una cama King Size, cómodas sábanas y una televisión de pantalla plana. El baño principal tiene una hermosa ducha nueva con azulejos y una gran encimera. La puerta corrediza se abre al balcón donde se puede ver la playa o escuchar los sonidos sutiles de las olas rompiendo en la orilla.

    El segundo dormitorio está equipado con una cama King Size y un conjunto de literas, ropa de cama cómoda y un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño es un lavabo individual y una combinación de ducha / bañera que ha sido bellamente decorada para fluir con el tema del resto del # 1707.

    No se debe olvidar es el balcón amueblado muy privado y de gran tamaño. Desde la sala de estar, la puerta corrediza se abre al balcón con impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México. El balcón privado es uno de los más grandes que encontrarás en la zona. Desde el balcón puede ver el agua interminable del Golfo, los delfines saltando, las gaviotas volando, los amantes de la playa caminando, parapente, navegación, snorkeling y mucho, mucho más. El balcón está completamente amueblado y ofrece un área relajante para disfrutar de puestas de sol, amaneceres, juegos de mesa con familiares y amigos y cenas románticas. ¡Nuestros huéspedes descubren que si no están en la playa, entonces están en este balcón!

Very relaxing!

Right on the beach, wonderful view of the gulf and sunset, very clean and comfortable. Extra points for having beach toys for children, they were very much appreciated!

Ocean Reef 1707 Family Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience with Greta’s was amazing from before we booked! We had to change dates and condos and they were very accommodating. I had questions about the exercise equipment and received an immediate response and photos. We checked in at 2:30AM and management checked our door code before arrival so we wouldn’t have issues. The dryer was making a loud noise and management took care of it and sent a repairman promptly. The condo was beautiful and clean. The balcony views were amazing. Love the location! Thank you Greta’s for a great and relaxing stay at this condo!

September 2018 Stay

We thought the decor, balcony and views were amazing. We think you need to look into your cleaning service. The floors had sand all over them and both toilets need a deep cleaning, some of the washcloths has seen better days. But the beds were very clean and comfortable. If you have kids this condo has everything you could need for the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!!

The room was great and extremely well accommodated with anything you or your little ones could need for a vacation. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman we spoke too on the phone but he was so polite and helpful and honestly made our experience that much better with answering any questions or concerns we had and even overnighted an item we accidentally left in the room. We will be coming back. The room was well decorated and clean. The balcony was very large and felt safe for our children. I will say the only issue we had would be the short wait time for the elevators. Although we did stay during prime vacation season it wasn’t unbearable just a short wait due to the amount of people. Thank you for treating us well and we will be back.

Reviewer Comments: We usually stay in private homes when we come to PCB but since the grand kids were with us and it was last minute planning, we opted for a condo. I was super happy with the cleanliness (I'm somewhat ocd about it) and the kitchen was very well stocked for any type of cooking you need to do. It was a beautiful part of the beach as well. I do wish there had been more pools/ activities for the kids but over all I would def stay again!

The kitchen had everything we needed. A regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The beds were comfortable. Loved having the two kings and 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed our time sitting on large balcony with beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely rent again.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental itself was fabulous but the location is right on the main strip so be prepared to either walk everywhere or wait up to 30 mins or longer just to pull out from the condo. The parking spaces are way to narrow if you drive anything larger than a box car and the elevators are HORRIBLE, so be prepared to spend most of your “vacation “ waiting for traffic or an elevator ride.

Beautiful

This was a great condo with beautiful views of the ocean. I really enjoyed the oversized balcony with extra seating. All of the added beach supplies were such a thoughtful touch. The included beach chairs rentals were so nice!! We had a great vacation and would definitely come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation got off to somewhat of a rocky start. Our original rental had some areas of concern. However, one email to Greta's Beach Rentals was all that was required. Their response was immediate and their concern for our vacation was their top priority. They immediately moved us to #1707 Ocean Reef and we couldn't have been more pleased. This unit is stunning! It is so well appointed and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is available in this condo. We used Greta's Beach Rentals last year and I am so glad I returned to them again this year. Their service is impeccable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation condo. We will be returning to PCB again in September and we will once again return to Greta's! Johnny and Riley went above and beyond to ensure our comfort! Service at its best!
