***Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wild life. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
*Ring Doorbell Camera is located near the front door for the guests and property safety. There are NO cameras inside the unit
**Guests must be 21 years or older to rent and must stay during all booking.

***2026 Pool Tile & 4th Floor Lobby Renovation:
​Renovation work is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The pool area will be closed for the duration of the construction.
​Please note that refunds will not be issued for pool deck closures if you choose to stay at the resort during this period.
