Watch the sunset on the Gulf in the rocking chairs on the totally private balcony at this luxury condo! Immaculate spacious unit with soft blue, white, and ocean hues. Full wall mirrors in the living room and master bedroom invite the crystal clear Gulf to live with you during your stay!

    Kitchen included newer Cabinets, Granite Countertops, Mirrors, 2016 Stainless Appliances. Bath Suite has Granite Countertops with Double Vanities, New tiled Step In Shower, Higher Toilet, and Water Closet area, with new 2019 Washer/Dryer. Master has sliding glass doors onto private balcony and a full view of the ocean. Wide spotless beach and clear blue water is all you will see! The resort has a lagoon pool with chairs, heated pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts and beach chair rentals, conveniently located in the center of Panama City Beach.

Mother-Daughter Beach Getaway

My daughter and I come to PCB every year from Lexington, Kentucky. She is a new teacher and I’m a retired teacher. We really enjoyed the beautiful condominium. The beachy colors and decor were very pleasing. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony had a fantastic view. We hope to stay here again sometime.

AMAZING

Our stay in Terri's property was everything we needed and more! Terri had excellent communication and was so helpful. The property was clean, the check in was easy, and the views were incredible! We have already rebooked for next year and are looking forward to our stay!

Great stay

We really enjoyed ourselves here. This is a nicely update condo. Of course the view is perfect. It is stocked well with everything you need. The owner was great with communication. This one is on our short list for our next PCB trip.

Perfect Solo Vacation

Terri has an amazing condo right on the beach front. You can hear the surf from condo. Perfect beach for relaxing, walking on the beach or shell collecting. Had a fabulous relaxing week of rest, retail therapy and being at the beach! Perfect for single person or intimate couple.

Beautiful condo. Just as described and just as the pictures show. We loved the balcony! We also enjoyed the complementary beach chairs. Any questions we had, Terri was very quick to respond!

Beautiful Unit

We enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled unit. The bed is super comfortable. We usually don’t enjoy staying away from home because we have a memory foam mattress, and most beds are not too comfortable to us. Loved the view from our balcony! The shower was very nice as well.

Wonderful Condi!

This Condo was absolutely amazing. No matter what part of the condo you were in you had a perfect view of the ocean. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and we will definitely book again. Terri our host was wonderful and we feel like we have made a new friend! Thank you Terri for everything!!!
