  • Send us your questions! We want you to feel comfortable in reaching your decision to book Dolphins and Rays! BEACH SERVICE (two chairs and umbrella) is INCLUDED (March 1 through October 31) with your rental!

    Luxury vinyl plank installed in bedrooms! There is NO carpeting in this unit.

    Celadon Beach Resort, in far Western Panama City Beach, features incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in the most desirable west end and only 35 minutes from San Destin in the Florida Panhandle. Take a stroll down the white sugary sand beaches, enjoy the many resort amenities or just relax in your luxury condo - Celadon Beach has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!

    This beautiful third floor unit has a private balcony, accessed from the master bedroom and living room, with incredible Gulf of Mexico views! You can relax and watch the dolphins and rays play in the clear emerald green water.

    Other features of this unit include: Two king bedrooms, with attached baths; granite counter tops in the kitchen; Full sized bed in the bunk room; Large capacity (real) washer and dryer; Queen Sleeper sofa; and more!

    The Celadon Condo Association requires that the renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of identification and be the main occupant of the condo for the entire stay.

    Celadon Beach Resort is a non-smoking facility. Pets are not allowed. Owners' family members have severe animal allergies.

Would definitely stay here again. Frank texted us and responded right away about any questions or concerns we had and made sure our trip was enjoyable. Perfect location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Home away from home

Plenty of room to spread out And relax and if you have kids you can find a corner to hide, lol. Well furnished kitchen and I loved the laundry room. All in all a nice place to hang your hat

Great Fall Break

This was a wonderful condo! Very clean and the the perfect size for 3 adults and a child. Beach views were breathtaking and the beach chair service was an added bonus! Owner goes out of his way to communicate and to make sure you have a great stay! Can’t wait to book again!

Awesome Beach Getaway

What a relaxing place to stay and soak up the Florida sun and listen to the waves! Look out your deck directly on the beach and ocean, minutes from a walk on the beach or laying out and getting a tan. Condo was awesome, clean and everything was there to make our stay comfortable! Really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor heated pool too!

Beach Trip 2022

The condo was great, we had plenty of room for everyone. In our group we had 4 adults and a 2 year old and an 8 month old. The view is beautiful off the balcony, we loved watching the dolphins in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!

From the beginning I was impressed by the owner, Frank, reaching out to talk to me about the location and information I needed. Frank kept me updated on local things like the water boil advisory. Check in was early and super easy! The place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view! I loved how close the beach was and the 2 different pools. Overall it was a great place and was a great trip.

Great week in PCB

Great condo!!! We walked in and it was spotless. Great view of the Gulf and great sunsets. Owner called when we booked, texted me the day we checked in and when we checked out. Everything worked in the condo and made for a great vacation.

Nice place for restful getaway

We enjoy our stay at the condo. The location is great, outside of the main strip of Panama City Beach but close enough to visit. We did have one issue arise with the condo but the owner was responsive and quickly resolved it. Overall, we were pleased with the condo.

Home Away From Home

Very spacious, comfortable furnishings and very well stocked, far more than most. Balcony view is amazing! Frank was phenomenal with communicating. Fabulous trip!!😎🌴

Beautiful views, clean condo! Such a wonderful first beach trip for our son. Communication with the owner was excellent. Always went above and beyond. We will be back!

The views!

The condo was perfect fit for our family of five. We loved the views! Frank and Rhonda were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The beach service and pools were great! The elevators were still an issue at times so it was great to be on the third floor and take the stairs to the beach.

Amazing!! Beyond expectations!!

This property was very clean, spacious, and homey feeling. The beach was never over crowded and was able to find plenty of seashells. The pools also was never over crowded. The check in process was great and the owners was very helpful with everything. You did not have to reach out to them, they reached out to you first making the experience even better. Will definitely be staying with them again.

Edge of West End

Great location being the last condo on the west end of Panama City Beach. Easy access. 2 pools one which was indoor/outdoor. Condo was comfortable.

Fun time at Frank & Rhonda's condo.

All good except pots & pans could use updating & new weather stripping is needed on master bedroom doors. Frank & Rhonda are very responsive & we met them for dinner & had a nice time.

Great Condo

We’ve been coming to this area for over 50 years. For the last several years we’ve been staying at the Celadon. We really enjoyed our stay at this particular condo. Great communication with owner! Loved that it was on the third floor for easy access. Clean and well supplied. Would definitely come here again! Thank you, Frank and Rhonda!

Nice Condo

Condo was as advertised. Great complex in a great location. Elevators worked much better than many complexes we have stayed in. Unit was clean and well stocked. Great view! New couch and loveseat. Only minor complaint were a few loose tiles in the master bath but that did not diminish the overall stay.

We Love Celedon and this amazing condo

It was wonderful walking in and feeling like we were being welcomed by the owners. The cute towel animal made to look like a turkey sitting on the dining table. It made us feel special now we left our homes to celebrate Thanksgiving at the beach. There are so many other nice touches typically aren’t provided. We felt welcomed. Would love to return to this condo again one day.

Nice condo. location and owner

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Great view from the balcony. Plenty of room and very clean with everything we needed. Loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. They were setup on the beach waiting for us every morning. Frank checked with us to make sure everything was okay and responded to our texts very quickly - although he was out of the country. Great location away from the crowds, but convenient to restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if in the area.

Clean, roomy, and spectacular view of the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and updated. All the rooms were great size and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Being able to look out at the ocean anytime was wonderful. I so enjoyed drinking my tea in the mornings and reading my book on the balcony. I can’t say enough good about this place and the owners. They were so kind and checked on us by text. All the directions from checking in and out to where we put our trash was so easy to follow. I recommend this place highly!!!
