  • Monterey A201 is a 2nd floor condominium located in beautiful Seacrest Beach on Highway 30A (1.25 miles west of Rosemary Beach and about 4 miles east of Seaside). It's a wonderful location on the 30A bike path so you can enjoy the area the most scenic way. And, with your stay at A201 between March and October, you'll receive free beach service that includes 2 chairs, and umbrella + table (weather permitting).

    This cozy 2nd floor corner condo offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf from the living area, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. Imagine lounging on the balcony watching the sunset after a day on the white sugar sand beach.

    Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 8:
    Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with jetted tub, dual sinks and shower.
    Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Access to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
    Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV and seating area. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
    Twin-over-twin hallway bunks.
    Bedroom 2 and bunks share guest bathroom with tub/shower combo.

    Monterey is a private, gated complex located in Seacrest Beach on scenic highway 30A, just 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach. These Gulf-front units provide every amenity imaginable for the perfect getaway. Relax and enjoy the spectacular gulf views from your spacious wraparound balconies. There is a Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally as well as community charcoal grills.

    Your stay at Monterey Condos A201 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

    An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Perfect Location

The condo is in a perfect location near everything. Very clean and well maintained. The only thing missing is some kitchen essentials such as oven mittens, aluminum foil or parchment paper, salt, pepper, oil spray.

Fabulous Vacation

The condo is the perfect location for biking to Rosemary or driving to Watercolor. The condo offered easy, close and private access to the beach. Benchmark was super easy to work with and provided excellent communication and responses from the day we booked the trip until check out. They were super nice and responsive to any questions we had during the week. The private parking is a plus as well. The condo had plenty of room for a family and was very comfortable and homey. We would book here again.

Condo was clean but no supplies for dishwasher, laundry or dish cleaning soap were provided as stated in the contract. Ice maker didn’t work, there was no ice, fireplace didn’t work and it was very cold during our stay. No gate code was provided upon check in so we had to wait. Thus, the low reviews. The door to the patio was also broken and wouldn’t stay closed unless locked at all times.

The Condo is very clean and we love this area because the beach is not crowded like other areas. This area is great to just decompress at the beach and now there is a Publix 5 minutes away to make grabbing groceries easy. Absolutely would stay here again.

Private trumps public

This place is more than the pictures show. You can smell the subtle hint of the cleanliness thru the bleach smell and not the fake Febreeze masking cleaner as soon as you open the door. Our nose told us it was clean as our eyes were amazed at how beautiful the property is. The view of the ocean coupled with the silence and lack of "public" access really made it the most relaxing experience. My wife and I love it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were four guests and we were all very impressed with the Condo. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were very clean. Only problem with condo, fourth bedroom was a closet with bunk beds. Not a problem for us but it might be for families. Definitely for us 5 stars. Our view was spectacular!

Benchmark Management made the process so easy. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. The only thing I would note is that the toaster didn't work and it is about time for a new blender, other than than that everything was perfect.

We are a blended family and love the fact it is on the beach with great views of the ocean. We love that everything you need to make the stay is within 10min, so it makes it easy if you need groceries/restaurants/etc, are close by. Property description is spot on. There were only a couple of things that would make the stay better is having the oven recalibrated as it cooked on the cooler side and bigger skillet, not a deal breaker as we will be back next year, if at all possible!!! Beautiful views, lots of privacy and comfortable and clean condo with very nice beach decor. We would love to come back. The only troublesome issue was the Wi-Fi which made it tough to work from a laptop. That would be our only recommendation for improvement. Otherwise we would love to come back!

Beautiful Room and Views

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - Very clean and neat. Beautiful stunning views. Attentive Management group, and individuals who come to fix items. Cons - No notice the Elevator was out of order and Luggage was very difficult for this 75 year old to get up the stairs. Light fixture in bedroom 3 was falling out of the wall. When trying to make a meal nothing about the Oven would work, only the stove top functioned. Wifi - was very weak to none. Three of us spent way too much time trying to get our work tasks done. We left a day early to get home to care for some of those tasks. The worker who changed out the Media equipment when we were there did not give us the new Wifi address so we struggled thinking that didn’t change. When telling the Management company of our struggles they offered a 5% discount on the next stay - hardly compensating for our frustrations and lost vacation time.

Was beyond frustrated that we got a text message the day before we left that the oven wasn’t working. We had already cooked meals and bought meals to cook while thee instead of eating out. July 4th trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit overlooking the gulf. There is a welcomed shade by the patio table allowing guests to enjoy plenty of time on the balcony. We were there and the kitchen oven was not working so a smaller, Oster oven was provided taking up valuable counter space in the smallish kitchen. The couches in the living room were not as comfortable as we would liked, but were fine. Finally, the shower in the master bath is extremely small and cramped, so it was not easy for a 6 ft tall individual to use. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our time at Monterey unit A201.
