This place is spectacular! Super responsive to calls and very accommodating! The view can’t be beat! The only down side was only one elevator was working so you had to wait for a few minutes on it, but, all in all, a wonderful place! We will be back!

Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and taking care of some little problems promptly. We all enjoyed our stay and made many memories again. The kids got to parasailing on our full last day which is something they never did.❤️

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was located close to shopping and restaurants. Loved the corner unit could see beautiful sunsets.Overall we had a wonderful vacation will be back next year. The elevators are very slow only 2 working hopefully they will take care of this issue.

Family vacation

Unit and property were great. We especially liked the end unit which offered a super large deck with great views. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely lovely stay, almost everything was perfect!! I wish I had remembered my pillow because the ones at the condo were flat , obviously used a lot. Plenty of room for our large family. I wish the parking prices were a little cheaper if you have to park in the overflow spots. Those are small things though; overall the stay was perfect and we’ll book here again next time we come to Florida.

Well maintained condo

This condo was exactly as it was listed! Well taken care of and well stocked. Beautiful view from the large Balcony! My group enjoyed our stay here we recommend this condo to any larger group looking for a nice place to stay!

Great getaway!

Truly enjoyed our stay at Greta's! It was just as advertised if not better. Very clean and well organized. They even had a cart to make it easy to bring all of our stuff up! 4 bedrooms made for plenty of space for everyone. Amazing view!

Great Condo

Overall the condo was great! It had plenty of space for a group of 8 including 2 children. The only thing was the kitchen wasn’t the cleanest and the Master Bedroom shower was clogged so the water would not drain properly. Nothing that would keep us from staying there again😊

Great place

It was awesome. Only issue we had was coffee pot but one was delivered in 30 minutes. Well stocked. Bathrooms need a little update. It was the perfect place for us. We’ll be back. Thank you so much for everything!

100% would stay here again! Perfect location and perfect size for 4 adults, 2 preteens, and 1 toddler. Condo was fully stocked with any and everything you could possibly need. All the grounds attendants were friendly, helpful, and professional. Grounds were clean and well kept. Always a fresh, clean smell when you walked out the elevator on the first floor. Owners of condo were quick to respond whenever I had a question. Check in and out were smooth. If I absolutely had to complain about something (and that is a big if), the only thing would be the parking spaces. It was a very tight squeeze and there’s only one spot designated for the condo….Which we were aware of before. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Vacation

Overall we were very happy with the property. Only complaint I can make was the master bathroom wasn't really clean. Looks like they may have rushed to wipe it down but not clean it, there was hair on the shower floor and was obvious the toilet had not been cleaned. Other than this we were very happy with the property, Internet was sufficient for us when we had to work a couple of days and also with kids using it a lot as well. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Being a corner unit the balcony has some amazing views. The condo property around the pools, beach and parking lot were cleaning and staff was friendly.

Fun at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was in the perfect location. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the beach. The pools and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. The parking was convenient and we appreciated having three elevators for quick travel up and down from the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed and the beds were comfortable. There were plentiful towels in the bathrooms. The only complaint we have was that some of the floors in the bedrooms and bathrooms felt sandy and gritty and in the master bedroom we found a Kleenex, a piece of candy and a wrapper on the floor under the bed. The floors could have been a bit cleaner. We had six women in our group and it would be helpful to have a mirror in each bedroom so it would be more convenient for putting on makeup and fixing hair.

Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean made each day feel like paradise.Highly recommend Greta’s Beach Rental Inc to anyone looking for a well-kept, well-located, and comfortable beach stay. Fall Break with Family

We all really enjoyed the condo. It was spacious enough for a family of 8. The view was amazing. We enjoyed going to the beach during the day and looking for crabs at night. Overall, wonderful experience. The only negative was that we sent two e-mails to the rental company (one thru g-mail and the other thru the Hospitality app) and never received a response. The first was to make them aware of a couple of things that were already missing when we arrived and the second was to make them aware of a leaking faucet on one of the sinks in the master bath. We were able to use the other sink. Hopefully, they will take care of these. Otherwise, we have no complaints.

Perfect beach view

Overall my trip was great. I loved the house. Amazing view. My only issue was the cleanliness. Walking around within the first day in the condo. My feet were black. The washing machine was actually horrible with a moldy smell. you could see the mold in it. I cannot bring myself to even use it at all. I did complain about this area in one of the rooms that was sticky, and they did send someone to clean up that area. They were responsive to that. I did have to notify them when I arrived of several broken or damaged items because I didn't want to be responsible for it. Everybody was nice. Just definitely needs to be cleaned better.

We had a nice stay but the condo could use some maintenance and updates for the price. Faucets leaked so the counters got wet in two bathrooms. Bed in master was very soft. Kitchen appliances were ok. Keurig didnt work well. Light in frig didnt work. Dishes and flatware were a mish mash of things. On the other hand, the living room furniture (recliners) were very nice. Loved the heated swimming pools (indoor & outdoor) and hot tub. Elevators worked great! Parking was good. Nearby restaurants were good. Large balcony with nice outdoor furniture. Could use better TV instructions. Overall a positive experience because we had 6 adults at times and it was great to have 4 BRs and 3 baths!

I was so impressed with the amenities and the very large balcony. We were a party of four and enjoyed the very comfortable and attractive large condo. The weather was sunny and breezy. We so enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, walks on the beach and some very good restaurants and clubs. I would highly recommend this property and plan to rent it next year again with my three sisters.
