We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach with easy access to the sand and water..The condo itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and very well cared for, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.One of our favorite parts was the breathtaking view of the Gulf. The sunsets each evening were truly stunning — the perfect way to end the day. Overall, this condo offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and incredible views. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We had an amazing stay here! I spoke with John a few times since we love this area and was thinking of buying a property in this area. He was so gracious to give me his time, shared numbers and gave me all the advice I was looking for. John and Greta both were so kind and were able to accommodate a later checkout for us. The property and views are fantastic and above all appreciated how kind and wonderful they are. I know the next time we come we will continue book through them. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great Location!

We loved the Condo and being able to enjoy the beautiful ocean from the balcony. The location was perfect - only a couple of miles from Pier Park and many eateries. Wonderful place to stay.

Retirement getaway

This condo and the area of location was perfect for families and "older generation". The beach was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was nice fir the cool evenings.

Very nice condo. Great beach services. The parking spaces are way too small. They worked with me to get one that I could get my vehicle into. If you have a large vehicle make sure that you can back it in easily.

We will be back

Everything was absolutely perfect except the couches could be a little more comfortable. The beds were great and I will take that over the couch anyday. The views were incredible, especially it being a corner unit. We will definitely stay here again.

Better Than Listing

This property was even better than its listing. Owner has a great idea of what guests need - the condo is equipped with all necessary kitchen items, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and a frozen margarita machine. The condo is in great condition, just like the listing pictures. The added bonus was a first floor parking spot across very near the elevators. Would definitely stay again.

Fall break getaway

This is our second time renting a condo in Tropic Winds with Greta’s Beach Rentals and they have never disappointed. The west end of PCB is great. The elevators were quick. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is fantastic. This condo has a great parking spot but don’t bring large vehicles. The parking is tight which we knew ahead of time. We parked as close to the wall as possible and still ended up with a door ding. It has nothing to do with this specific unit or with Gretas rentals but future renters should know ahead of time and be prepared.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautifully decorated - far above the usual “beach decor”. It was well appointed with kitchen needs (plenty of varied pots, pans, bowls, a Keurig (!!!), and even a margarita machine. The beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower most appreciated. The couches were great and the 65” tv made our stay enjoyable. The balcony had plenty of seating and a sun bed lounger that was great! Since it is an end unit, the view was incredible. We have rented various units through Greta’s Beach Rentals and , as always, they are wonderful to work with and always helpful and friendly. We will certainly stay in this condo again!!

Upon entering, you immediately feel as if you have stepped into a relaxing retreat! The beautiful furnishings have a subtle beach vibe. The kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook or use the condos’ grilling station. The beds are dressed in quality linens and there are thick, nice towels. Lastly, the balcony is large with ample and comfortable seating for your morning coffee or just taking a moment to enjoy the beautiful view. Service is 100% and 24/7!!! Can not find better place!!!

Beautiful views

This was the first time staying at tropic winds. Condo overall was nice. We loved the balcony. Very spacious with beautiful views. Greta’s rental service was a dream to work with very accommodating and communicative. Beds were very comfortable. The not so good parts would be the living room furniture is not comfortable. It rained one day while we were there and we watched a movie as a family and it’s just not comfy. Parking deck is extremely tight. Reserved parking spot is even tighter. It’s a plus to have reserved parking though it just very hard to navigate the parking with a large suv or truck. On site staff very friendly and helpful and the condo has everything you would need for your trip. Loved the reserved beach chairs and unit also had extra chairs that u could carry to the beach. Overall nice unit. Liked tropic winds due to it being a smaller property, no wait for the elevators.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time in this specific room. I was very happy with my stay as usual but there is room for improvement. Some of the counters were dusty especially by the tv. The roku remote quit working so I switched out the bedroom one with the living room one so we could watch TV in the living room. I don't watch TV when I'm sleeping so it was not a big deal to get that one fixed in working order. The water filter in the fridge needed to be changed.The chairs that you can reserve on the beach had some flaws. People would reserve the front row and never show up. We were stuck in back everyday but the last day. Tons of open chairs that were never used all day.The chair people said they were reserved. We got up early and didnt see people reserving any seats we watched. I would change the system of that process. Those were the only issues I had which out of a 1 to 5 rating I would still rate this unit and stay at a 4 star. We had a fantastic trip and stay. See you next year.

Decent, but needs attention

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay in this unit. We probably won’t book it again. Since our last stay in it about 8 months ago, it seems to have gone downhill as far as cleanliness and maintaining. We were notified prior to stay that the balcony door handle was broken. So we didn’t use it in order not to make it worse. We were not notified that the trash drawer was completely broken, the air vent registers were falling off, the sofas were totally worn out and the front door doesn’t properly lock. We also found that all of the small damages we reported upon our arrival 8 months ago were still there and not repaired. The cleanliness was also questionable. While the unit looked clean, it is in desperate need of a deep clean. The bath mats smell so bad of mildew that we had to remove them from the bathrooms. The towels also smelled awful of mildew and made our bodies smell as we used them. These items need to be replaced and new ones need to be bleached with every cleaning. The sheets appeared to have been washed but not bleached as there were stains. The blankets clearly had not been washed. I really don’t want to sleep under a blanket someone else (or lots of people) used workout washing/bleaching. The hall bathroom shower head was covered in mold. This is east to wipe off and clean. The master shower doors had mildew and grime all in the door track and needs to be cleaned properly. It seems that the cleaning is being done by non professionals and since we pay a cleaning fee, it really should not just be taken by owners and someone lightly clean. It needs to be done Last, the door entry code was the same as it was 8 months ago. So it is not being changed. This is very dangerous as anyone that has ever stayed there could simply walk in at any time. The pros: excellent location, excellent parking, amazing views, and wifi works (which if you know 30A, you know this is a widespread issue). These are the reasons we booked a 2nd time. Not sure if t

Now with 4 young kids we returned and it was a wonderful experience! The weather was perfect all week the location was not crowded and the convince of being right on the beach was nice. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, we have stayed in several different places over the years but this one was perfect! Many rental properties even several of those in Tropic Winds seem to use dated mismatched furniture,old tile floors and poor choices in decor and bedding . The owners of our unit actually have good taste from the choices in flooring the furniture appliances and decor pieces. It was a real pleasure coming in after a day at the beach Everything you could need was provided and the corner unit was a plus! We really enjoyed our stay I joked with my wife I should give a bad review in hopes of making it easier available 😏 we are already talking about booking again for the summer!
