Este condominio es uno de los muy codiciados condominios de 1 y 2 baños. Hay una gran cama king en el dormitorio principal, un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar y tres camas individuales (literas) en el pasillo. Este amplio condominio cuenta con ropa de cama para 7 personas y, por supuesto, está ubicado justo en el golfo, junto con todos los otros condominios en Splash Resort.

The condo was perfect, it was right on the water the pools were clean and open til 10 every night. This beach was clean and the water was perfect.

The place was very accomadating and great for children. I will say the times for their snack areas were off but not sure if it was due to lack of staffing or that we went during off season. Other than that it was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The listing was exactly as described—accurate and true to the photos. The property had beautiful views that made our trip extra special. We had such a great stay at Splash Resort in PCB! The condo was very nice and exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The resort itself has everything you need you really don’t have to leave! The food was 10/10, and the mixed drinks at the bar were AMAZING.The pools were great, and we especially loved the lazy river it was such a fun touch. Our room also came with beach chairs, which was super convenient and made our beach days even more relaxing. There’s even a candy and souvenir shop right under the parking deck. Highly recommend for a fun and stress-free beach getaway!

On your site there are promises of dive-in movies, duck races, karaoke much more to explore like snorkeling and dolphin cruises through the offered partner Xplorie all at the resort- management at the resort stated that has not been done in over 7 years. A huge red flag that I wanted to call out was after management shut down for the day around 5 there were swarms of people that came off the beach and used the pool and hot tub that were not staying at the resort. The pools were often over-crowded and not well maintained. The room was clean but nothing special. Overpromised, under delivered.

Great Condo

Very nice condo on the beach,loved the view! I would make a friendly suggestion to owners to make things a little better for guest. Invest in decent frying pans, need pizza pan, left over containers. In the bedroom no place clothes in dresser because of bedding and towels. Only 2 drawers in night stand. I would find a storage cabinet for condo supplies instead the dresser and kitchen cabinets. I would replace the recliner, kinda old and worn. This will not matter to people staying for short visits but when you stay for a month like we do, these things make a difference. We enjoyed our time and couldn't have asked for better weather, thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our cold, snow return to PCB

Although the property could use a little updating, the unit for the month was reasonably priced. The condo was very clean and functional. Owner was very responsive. When our family from Minnesota joined us for a couple of days the crockpot and waffle maker were a hit. Our 2 1/2 year old grandson absolutely fell in love with the units two little chairs. With the cold and snow, the new large screen tv was appreciated.

Great location

The condo location and view were really nice but the furnishings do need some updating. The couch and recliner are extremely wore out and had a funny smell to them. The master bed was broken and barely held together. You could tell the paint on the walls had been touched up but the colors didn’t match. The decor didn’t really go with the design of the condo. When we would take showers, our family of four could not take back to back showers without running out of hot water. We would have to wait 30-45 minutes after our kids took showers to even get a little hot water. Overall I think it could be a nice condo but I does need some updating.

Beach Thanksgiving

My granddaughter LOVES the beach! Every year we vacate during Thanksgiving and now K is old enough to attend. We have never stayed at Splash - no reason prior for we did not have a toddler to attend - and it was an exceptional stay. The condo was just perfect. the place was perfectly clean, well appointed, stocked nicely and access was easy as pumpkin pie. The water areas are heated, so K was able to get waterlogged for hours on end.There is immediate beach access which K made ample use of. Nice stay.

PCB high school football

My husband & I went to PCB for our grandson’s football championship. The condo was perfect & we loved it. We actually stayed an extra night. Jennifer was very nice & helpful with us to stay the extra night.

Vacation

Honestly no complaints from me. Very pleased with my stay. Very clean and Jennifer was very quick to respond with any questions I had. This vacation was just a friend and myself but would definitely stay again and would take family and grandkids! Parking is across the street but there is an enclosed over crosswalk to the condo.
