Exelente ubicacion.

Exelente ubicación, el edificio en general necesita más mantenimiento y así la limpieza sería mejor, pero fue una buena estancia para un fin de semana.

The place was not very clean. Sand in the bed and the couch. No wifi, the laundry facility smelled like old stinky shoes. The code to get in the gate would not work, had to climb over the fence.

No frills condo that needs upgrading

Condo needs a thorough cleaning. Upgrading a few things and a coat of paint would really help as well. When we arrived there was an issue with the toilet so we had to wait for maintenance to fix it, which took an hour after checkin time. The hotel pool was super cold, and there was no hot tub which I was unaware of. As far as the area, its toward the east and of PCB, right past Pineapple Willy's. It was less crowded so its a very good place on the beach to be.

Great on the beach location

We enjoyed our stay. Only complaints were, it was a little out dated our TV in the room did not work at all. I also wish it came with a broom or mop to clean our daily mess. If your staying a good amount of time I recommend bringing cleaning supplies.

The room was great for the price I paid as far as the view went. The bed was horrible and our shower drain was clogged so when you tried to shower it was stopped out.

Room had no dry wall on the wall by the sliding door, stains on carpet, frig wasn't working when we got there, called maintenance about ac not working, missing blinds on door- wish i could show pictures!

Great view, out dated unit

The location and view of our room was amazing! However the unit was very out dated and felt like it hadn’t had a good clean in a while. The carpeting looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned which made it feel gross. We actually ended up going to Walmart to get a bed set so I could sleep without feeling grossed out.

There was a ceiling tile missing in the kitchen so you saw pipes and duct work. Knobs were missing on kitchen cabinets, the sliding door to the balcony had a broken handle that made it hard to go in and out, the couch was completely worn out. There was evidence that it had been repaired in the past, but it just needs replaced. The bed inside the couch would not lay flat and could not be used and the mattress was worn out. The shower was slow draining. The carpet was worn out and dirty. There is a beautiful view from the balcony, the location is good, parking was good and we felt safe at the location. The check in office was good and helpful. However, the unit is very neglected and we would not want to stay there again.

The unit we stayed in was outdated and needed some upkeep. The drain in the shower did not drain properly. The carpet was very old and needed to be changed out. WIFI was confined to just one small area around the pool without any coverage in the rooms. Detailed instructions needed about check-in were not provided. The location was good and beach access was also good.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, the walls could use some painting and holes patched. The rooms were clean. Great view of the beach. It was a little expensive if you have a extra vehicle or trailer. I Felt safe, security guard monitoring the gated parking lot. The only thing I had a problem with was going to a different location to pick up your keys and reservation.

I’ve never smelled a dead body but I imagine this room smelled worse.

It was filthy, smelled so bad we could barely breathe and management was terrible. If I could rate it zero stars that would still be too many

We enjoyed our stay here! It was peaceful and quiet. Perfect location. Lots of privacy. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We had booked this hotel based on photos and price. About the only thing I have nice to say is that we had a great view. When we had walked into our room we noticed that the kitchen ceiling was missing a tile and the air duct hose was falling through the hole. The kitchen drawers were falling apart along with one of the dinning room chairs. We noticed that one of the bedroom drawers was missing a bottom. When we had retired for the night the bedding had a really bad odor and we went and bought a new clean set. We had to talked to some to the other guests and from what we gathered it is a crap shoot if you get a decent place. We plan on visiting the area again but we are going to stay at another place. My advice is don't be cheap and get a nicer place.

For future references please check the conditions of the rooms before renting them out, my first impression of the condominium because of the hole in the ceiling was not good, then when they did fix it the next day they left trash on the floor without cleaning or sweeping it up SUNBIRD CAN DO BETTER, NEVER WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN .

Need a hot tub for cool weather. Everything was good but not enough towels for four days.
