“Everything was closed. The restaurants were closed, even the gift shop was closed. I enjoyed the room and the hot tub. But the fact that there was not even a way to purchase a panorama sweater was a huge let down. Even the attempts to speak to staff about purchasing something was left with the response of we don’t have any staff.”

The BEST views in the village (in my opinion); the sound of the rushing river & access to EVERYTHING offered was top notch! The townhouse was very inviting, fully stocked with everything needed & then some - a home away from home for sure! The individual air conditioner units & fans were very appreciated on the hotter days & located in the closets; very easy to set up. Never did we hear our neighbours & everyday...

“We love the place so much, the amenities the free gondola to and from the villages was fantastic. We love that place as my husband is on wheelchair and there are no stairs nor elevator and the gondola is next to place. Love to hear the river as soon as we open the patio door. The place was so abundant in utensils, plates etc. they have everything we need and also the ice cream on a hot day. Thank you very much for that. The beds my son good to sleep on definitely not the flimsy ones even...

“We had the most amazing family stay!! We had 10 people that stayed in the property including 3 children. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. Hot tub was great for relaxing after full days spent on the resort and having 2 decks off the property enabled people to choose sun or shaded areas for games and for relaxing. “The property was bright and clean with lots of room for a family of four. The host was easy to get in touch with and check in and out was very easy. There was easy access to the gondola and walking trails. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The owners did not have a very good cleaner in. There were 2 used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The previous renters, used glasses and instead of washing them. They put them back in the cupboard. Cleaners need to check these things. There was easy access to the underground parking and great that there were plenty of spots, as work being done on other units took up much of the street parking.
