“Airconditioner was completely blocked with dust, rooms are extremely outdated and overpriced for what is offered. Small, blurry/low resolution TV and extremely slow wifi. Bed was uncomfortable. Blinds don't block light and lights outside on the ground shine towards the windows at nights. When I showed reception the state of the AC filter they had it cleaned and later the rest of the airconditioner itself. However, there was dust everywhere, behind and alongside the bed, behind the bedside...

“The property was listed as a hotel on Expedia, but it turned out to be a motel, and several amenities and features in the listing were inaccurate. I requested cancellation before checking in for the second night, but received no response. I did not stay the second night, yet I was still charged the full amount. They also have not responded to my emails or complaint. Guests deserve accurate listings, fair charges, and responsive customer service.”
