“Initially, when we arrived, the property looked unkempt. The “grass” had not been mowed. The front door jam (metal part) was pulling away from the base, which could have been a hazard to a younger child. When we walked in, the house smelled like sewer…BAD! “The owner didn’t let us know when the garbage went out so come over to empty the can. I appreciated that but then let himself in to “ turn out the light “. The was a bat flying around in the basement with guano all over the floor. Parking was horrible with narrow streets and cars everywhere. We moved to a different property that was much better She offered to us. I don’t like to complain but it was ridiculous.
