“Could not stay here ...had to book into hotel. Not fit for human habitation.Awful smell if sewage downstairs. Hazardous steep dark unlit stairs tili mezzanine. Broken patio doors. "garden area" filthy and broken down. .with signs of snsmek faeces. ”

“Turned up and the access instructions were totally wrong. Room hadn't been cleaned and the cleaning team arrived 30 mins after check in and let me in. Photos have clearly been staged many of the items pictured are not there and many of the items listed as amenities aren't there. No kettle, coffee machine, iron (but there is an ironing board!!). The apartment is looking worn and in need of some paint and many features need some repair - tap in kitchen sink is so wobbly, no plugs in sink or...

“I would have given this a full 5-star rating because it truly is a charming place and great location. Our only issue was finding the apartment. Make sure you can watch the entry video provided by the host, this place is tucked away in a very old building that is quite a maze. I will stay here again if I’m in the area! The host was very helpful.”

“Small room for 3 but kitchen has everything you might need. You won’t be spending much time in the room. Fan supplements ac and is okay if you keep the window open.Location 10/10, Right in the heart of Lyon. It is right about a night club, so bring ear plugs and eye mask if you are staying on weekends.”

“The apartment is in a perfect location with a full street of restaurants backing directly onto the building. Access on arrival is difficult if you have large suitcases as there are five flights of stairs to get to the apartment. However, you only have to do this once and tradeoff is that you have a great view of the Basilica right from your lounge. The host is extremely helpful and we enjoyed our time in this apartment. ”

“The apartment was lovely - great living/dining/kitchen space - easy to spend time together. Great central location, easy to walk or take the metro around town. Lots of great restaurants and markets all within a few blocks. Would definitely recommend!”

“Excellent apartment in superb location near River (better location than I expected). Magical and historic views nearby. Host was promptly and helpfully responsive. Coordinator who met us on site was present, pleasant and helpful too.We were totally satisfied for our 10 day stay, and came to appreciate the sounds of the neighbourhood in early morning (but nice and quiet at night :). Would gladly stay there again if the chance arose.”

“Great location on a tree lined street. Close to metro. Lots of grocery stores and meat market. Great kitchen, comfy beds, nice shower. Outdoor was nice. Only downside was no couch to relax on in the evening.”

“Eine tolle Wohnung im Zentrum mit optimaler Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Obwohl im Zentrum ist es in der Wohnung sehr, sehr ruhig, da alles zu einem sehr großen (!!) Innenhof über mehrere Häuser geht. Aus dem dritten Stock (Fahrstuhl vorhanden) hat man sogar eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hof. Auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Alles perfekt!”
