“It is a short distance from the beach where we surfed the entire 5 days of our stay there and all the shops and restaurants in Tamarindo. Price of food at restaurants was extremely overpriced and I appreciated that the apartment has all the basics to cook a meal. AC worked great, nice small but clean pool. Also had parking available and staff was very accommodating. I hated the noisy metal framed stairs to the loft and we can hear the next door "neighbors" go up and down plus their voices...

“My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 nights after leaving from a work trip in Playa Conchal. The unit is a few steps up from the parking lot, a flight of stairs above the pool. The complex has some owned occupied units and some rentals. I think there are 20 total. It’s a very spacious unit with high ceilings, a wonderful deck, beautiful views, a comfortable bed and well stocked. The photos only show the master bedroom and bath.
