“Everything was excellent!”

“Checkin was pleasant and room was on 1st floor right next to parking, so easy unload and load. There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. This hotel was our choice rather than paying a fortune to stay in Cooperstown. A nearby Walmart and eateries were a plus in this small community. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure great. “I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. “We felt so welcome here between the hosts and the feel of the house itself. We were visiting family for the holidays and it was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to call home for a week. Everything was clean and the hosts really thought of everything you may need. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. ”
