Loft entre Notre Dame y la Sorbona. Barrio latino en el corazón de París

Gran duplex tranquilo en la zona más concurrida de París. En una calle del Barrio Latino que data de la Edad Media.
Notre Dame, Louvre, La Sorbonne a 5 minutos. Metro directo al Museo de Orsay, Versalles, Torre Eiffel a 50 metros.
Muy fácil acceso desde los aeropuertos.

El apartamento ha sido reformado recientemente.
Se encuentra en la planta baja con vistas a un patio tranquilo. El acceso es seguro.

El loft consta de una entrada con área de cocina, un baño, una habitación grande y un entrepiso.

La gran sala de 27 m2 tiene iluminación cenital. Está equipado con un sofá y un sillón plegable que pueden servir para dormir cómodamente para una persona.

El gran entrepiso de 11 m2 está aislado de la sala de estar. Cuenta con una cama doble (140 x 200). Se accede por una escalera empinada y tiene una altura de techo de 1,30 metros.

La cocina esta bien equipada. El baño independiente; Tiene una gran ducha y toilette.

Se proporcionan sábanas, toallas y ropa de cama, por lo que la limpieza al final de la estancia. El apartamento está equipado con WiFi con televisión.

Sweet place

Perfectly located in Latin quarter 2 blocks from Notre Dame, lots of restaurants, bus, and metro and on ground floor so we didn’t have to climb stairs after walking through Paris. The little quart-yard keeps it quiet. We loved it!

Great location with good accommodations

Our family of 4 enjoyed the central location and walking access to many sightseeing locations. Plenty of space for all to lay their heads and cook hot meals when needed. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a sleeping spot in a safe, secure building.

Great loft in fantastic location

The loft was perfect for my two young adult kids and me. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in this relatively quiet courtyard that's so close to the activity of the busy neighborhood. The hosts gave clear instructions and were very helpful.

Excellent location!

Excellent location and great place right in the middle of everything. Had a little plumbing problem but owner got right on it and fixed super fast. Very responsive. We will be back!

Amazing Paris apartment!!

Best location in Paris! In a very quiet private courtyard, but just outside that is the most bustling part of Paris. Located in the center of the Latin Quarter & blocks away from everything- Notre Dame, Louvre, d’Orsay, Bastille, Seine river walk, etc! Sleeps 3 comfortably. Great little kitchen & living space. Perfect! Merci beaucoup!!

Great location otherwise it would just be 1 star. No ventilation. 1 meter from garbage so you get to hear them pick up every morning at 4:30 AM and return at 6AM. Pubic hairs left on the bathroom sink. Loft ceiling height is only 1 meter making it unusable unless you want to crawl in and out of bed all the time. Host does not provide wifi password forcing you to sit on the floor to retrieve it from the router. Most uncomfortable furniture.

Perfect Location!

My daughters (13 and 16) and I loved our stay here. Nothing fancy, but who goes to Paris to have a fancy place to sleep?! The location was perfect. Walking distance to just about everything, and if the walk was further than you wanted there are 3 metro stops right there. Our first day we walked 1 min to the main road, and my daughters said, “Wow! I didn’t realize we were that close to Notre Dame!” While not fancy, the place has everything you need for time in Paris. We placed our fruits and veggies in the fridge. The shower was great! There was sleeping for the 3 of us. Probably could have another child sleep downstairs if there are 4. We enjoyed everything, and we would stay here again.

The good: The apartment makes most of the city walkable Check in/out is easy Size is reasonable The bad: You will awake each morning at 5.30 to the garbage bins being emptied Lack of supplies (no dish soap, toilet paper, sharp knives, asked to purchase drain declogger by host when the shower was clogged upon arrival - not reumbursed for any costs)

Great location. Quick response

We are glad choosing this place as first timer in Paris, its in the heart of city, very convenient to metro, bus, taxi, its also within 20 minutes walking to quite a few museums. The host is very thoughtful by providing umbrellas, which we used the first day! We slept very well even though there's a lot of night life action outside, its pretty quiet inside. My kids slept well in the two separate sofa beds too. I learnt to be careful on the loft by not standing up, and had quick hot shower due to smaller size of water heater, and these are all not big deal given the convience of the location. You are talking about seeing the Nortre Dan just a few steps out! Host is pretty responsive on all my questions and they are flexible to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend this great place.

Excelente ubicacion. La propiedad se encontro con los elementos descriptos en el anuncio. lo alquile pues en el mes de octubre lo habia alquilado una amiga. Estaba todo en orden en cuanto a la limpieza y los accesdorios del baño y de la cocina, salvo el televisor y la ventilacion del baño que no pudimos prenderlos. Mediante 1 mensaje le avise a la propietaria para que lo supiera. Salvo esos 2 temas lo demas estuvo muy bien. Mi calificacion es 4 estrellas. En cuanto a los lugares me encanto todo; pues esta cerca del Sena, de Notre dame, es en el barrio latino. Gracias estamos muy contentos!! lastima que el mal tiempo impidio que hiciesemos el paseo por el Sena de noche pues estaba suspendida la navegacion. Elba y Hugo

Es un excelente apartamento, muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Paris, pero con la calma absoluta por estar atras del patio central del edificio. Solo se escuchan las campanas de Notre Dame!! Volveriamos gustosos

Three most important part when touring Paris. Location, Location & Location ! We were dreading to use cab in Paris with all bad stories ( even from locals). This loft takes away need for any cab as it is just over 5 min train ride from Gare Du Nord & overall right in the center of all things Paris! New renovations made the house very functional with key essentials like stocked kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Host kept in touch through what’s app that was handy & responded very quickly! Kids loved the stay where they get to say ‘we lived in 500 year old building’

L’appartamento è confortevole e la posizione ottima. Un grande punto a suo favore è il silenzio di cui si gode nonostante la zona centralissima. È attrezzato piuttosto bene. La pulizia è buona ma non eccellente, unico punto su cui avrei preferito maggiore attenzione. Un ringraziamento agli host che sono stati gentili e disponibili.

Medium standard

The location of the apartment was very good. The apartment itself was reasonably clean but the couch was broken (both sides were bent inward and we could not sit on it), there was NO sign indicating which apartment was the rental (no number or other indication). We didn't realize that the ceiling of the bedroom area was low until we arrived. This made it difficult for my husband to move around. And, I don't think the comforter on the bed was very clean. When we return to Paris, we would consider renting this apartment again but only if the above issues are fixed and there additional towels made available.
