“The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great.”

“I came here to visit the universities, and the hotel forgot to clean my room. I mentioned around noon that they should clean it before my second tour, which was at 5:00 PM, but they still didn’t do it. I was very frustrated; the customer service was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful when it came to assisting customers. The supervisor was unable to resolve anything, and the manager was completely absent. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“Very clean property, right on edge of UNC Campus. Very quiet. Has breakfast and a sports bar as well as pool and outdoor activities.”

“La ubicación es lo mejor en la propiedad, muy cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y supermercados , el servicio es muy pobre , solo hacen limpieza en la habitación cuando la pides un día antes y solo hacen las camas, no hacen la limpieza , ni sacan la basura, me hizo falta papel de baño, jabón, toallas etc y lo tuve que pedir varias veces a recepción!!!! ”
