The unit was accurately described and it was good for us - 3 adults & a small dog.We stayed 8 days during Thanksgiving & the location is fabulous; we got our exercise by going up and down Shorty's Stairs (200 one-way) They drop you right in Old Town Park City and we loved not having to deal with parking. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed watching the sun set and the night lights. The house was nicely appointed & we found most of what we needed. The owners graciously allowed us to use the garage space for ski storage, coolers, etc, which meant fewer trips up & down the entry stairs. We had 2 complaints. The driveway has recently been coated with an epoxy-type finish & is slick when icy. When we arrived there was snow and ice which made trying to get out of our car treacherous. We called the PMs and they advised us to turn on the heated driveway. Someone should had turned it on prior to our arrival so the ice could melt off. We had to remember to continually turn the heater on as it had a 12-hour max timer feature. Even with this luxury, the driveway is slippery and any snow or ice on your shoes from walking in the street meant you had to hold on to something to reach the front door. The second complaint was that at the end of the trip, when we stripped the beds, we discovered that the mattress pad & down duvet of the primary bedroom were soiled in numerous places.Overall, the unit was nice, bright, clean (other than the bed) and well-appointed.
