“The property was on a quiet, open street with friendly neighbors. It was located within a stone's throw from shopping, pharmacies and local eateries. The house was fully equipped with towels, linens and a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities you could expect in making the stay comfortable. The bathrooms had complimentary shampoos, body washes and conditioners. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again. ”

The place was rundown and dirty, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa was covered in stains, so we couldn’t even sit on it. I tried to find another place to stay, but unfortunately, there weren’t any other options nearby.The cottage lacked basic supplies like trash bags and toilet paper. The gutter outside was hanging down, and all the walls...

“Disappointing. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property, which is in great need of maintenance and repairs with some hazards. The shades in the photos are pulled for a reason. Lack of care and cleanliness both inside and out. I was there for work and distracted by the hours spent vacating the property for cleaning, repairs, shopping for basics stated were included, but missing, and communicating with the host and VRBO. Positives were the location and quiet neighborhood. ”
