“The only pro I can really say is the downstairs is really beautiful, but the rooms are definitely not worth $500 a night. I called twice about the AC not working. The room stayed at 76 even after they came up twice to look at it, and the toilets wouldn’t flush had to call them after they came up to look at it. They got it to flush, but then we proceeded to have issues with it not flushing, but it was so late. We just didn’t bother to call. ”

“Disappointing stay cleanliness issues
We booked this place for a short stay in Baltimore and were very disappointed. The room was not clean the floor had dirt/sand, the bed had burn marks and was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in poor, unsanitary condition.
There was also a strong, unpleasant odor coming from another room like urine which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
On top of that, we were switched to a different property than the one we originally booked, which felt misleading...

“Todas las instalaciones son super viejas , todo en mal estado, el personal no es amable , nos cobraron cargos por estacionamiento, por la seguridad del carro, el hotel es muy costoso para lo que ofrecen, la llave se desprogramaba cada vez y aparte de todo eso me cargaron 80 dolares adicionales a mi tarjeta y no tengo ni idea de que porque dejamos todo como estaba . Pesima experiencia definitivamente no regresaria jamas asi fuese gratis . Muy mala experiencia es el peor Hotel que me he hospedado...

“We were last minute moved to an entirely different location further away from the stadium than we wanted to be. The new reassigned place was nothing like the one we booked. It was not upkept well, the building had elevator issues to a point we had to wait for a while before we could even go up to the room because the stairs were also locked. ”
