There are many great trails to hike, the Niangua river is just down the road for floating, the cabins have been recently udpated and are reasonably priced, the trout fishing is great, and if you're a SCUBA diver you can even register to dive the spring on weekends over the winter. #Nature #Trovember

On a cold January day I went for a hike down a long trail in the middle of nowhere to see the land bridge tunnel at Bennett Springs State Park. On the walk I had to cross several streams, the snow and ice was beginning to melt as the sun began to come out, and the crisp cold air really made for a great scene with the green moss on the rocks! Beautiful hike on a day that most would have stayed in and warm. #LifeAtExpedia
