“Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.”

“This property is in a wonderful quiet location. The access to the beach and the views of the bay are amazing. The house is old and access to the house is up a lot of stairs, but that wasn’t a problem for our group. When we stayed in August there was quite a few wasps around the property which limited our time down on the grassy area, some wasp traps would be a good idea. Otherwise another great stay for us! ”

“This property was absolutely lovely and exactly what we were looking for, for the weekend! The yurt was cozy and secluded and the walk to the bathrooms was not bad at all! “We only spent two nights but really enjoyed the weekend break. Quiet location and the internet was surprisingly good so we could stream a movie with no issues. Yes there were a few spiders and the cell reception was non-existent but that was our goal. We love stopping by Langley and Freeland so this location was perfect. We did manage to be sucessful with our trout fishing which was an added bonus. Only improvements I could see would be to do some work on the shower so it doesn't leak...
