“The Schoolhouse far exceeded our expectations - we fell in love with the place! It's nestled into the woods with nice porches to enjoy the peace and quiet. I liked that the decor was not your typical "mountain cabin" but they have used antiques and other items that go along with the former use of the building - a schoolhouse. It's cozy and comfortable, just as charming as can be. Not too far from Dahlonega or the wineries. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Definitely 5 stars!”

“The property is easy to find and looks just like the pictures inside. They did an excellent job with the decor and there are plenty of comfy leather chairs to relax in. I especially enjoyed the room set up as a reading room as I am not much of a tv watcher. The coffee bar was a nice and I enjoyed that each morning. Things to note: -This is a manufactured home so the ceilings in the bathrooms are lower. I'm 5'3 and I could touch the ceiling. -The AC/Heating unit is extremely loud. It is located...

“Great house, great location. Walkable to downtown but we drove because I was pretty sure the steep hills would be too much for me. Lots of free parking options downtown. Such a sweet downtown! We also drove to Gibbs Gardens, about a 45 minutes drive. SO worth it! We'd definitely stay here again.”

“Loved this sweet little cottage! It was absolutely perfect for for when we went to go see our daughter play Lax at Young Harries! It was perfectly located close to Alid's,(across the street) and Walmart, and restaurants as well as the college. The beds were so comfy as well. The creek was the big seller for us! Its peaceful, and has a swing and firefit!The cons, we did cook, (daughter wanted a home cooked meal) and the pots and pans were lacking, and there was no dishwasher or a garbage...
