The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe with people walking around neighborhood with their families and children as late as 10pm in the evening. The interior of the home has everything you need to visit comfortably, with all the amenities of home that include; paper goods, towels and soaps in the bathrooms and dishes, cooking utensils you need to prepare food in the kitchen. If you are renting a vehicle to park at this location...

“Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. ”

“We enjoyed staying here while moving our daughter into college. The location is perfect and the Marina so close is a plus. The property was clean and is located in a safe area of LA which is wonderful. Close to all the tourist sites but set apart so you can relax comfortably. Definitely will return.”

“This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. ”

“Great location, easy to get to everything including LAX. All rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Fans were provided which worked better on the 1st floor than the 2nd floor where it did get a bit warm one night. Kitchen was minimal but that was OK since we didn't plan to do any cooking. Very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given the location.”
