“Really nice property and host. Dino was super responsive and answered every question I had ... from initial reservation through my brief time in town. The area was quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend giving yourself plenty of time if you're visiting various places. The property is located in the hills and in some places, only one vehicle can pass. I definitely plan to go back and have recommended the property to others. ”

“Great location! Walking distance to Warner Bros Studio and grocery stores. Short drive to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Sign and Rodeo drive. The only thing we had difficulty with was the temperature on the shower. The diverter valve likely needs to be replaced. But we managed! Bed and pull out sofa mattress were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful! Kyla was a responsive and great host and we greatly appreciate her sharing her property with us! ”

“We enjoyed this property a lot as a launching pad for our LA vacation. The property was clean and as pictured. It’s furnished minimally but works well for a group of 4. If you have more than that seating is an issue unless, like us, you have people who enjoy sitting on the ground. Would highly suggest paying for the parking garage. Management was easy to work with and helpful. We’d stay here again. ”
