“We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear, with paint peeling off the surfaces. The closet sliding doors were also difficult to open and close. Additionally, there was a damp, musty smell in the room that was a little unpleasant. Despite these...

“Nice and clean room, comfortable mattress, very helpful staff with good English. The bathroom was very small, but well distributed.”

“Very good mattress, spacious and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling and decoration makes it really cozy. The breakfast is good offering fruits, western and indo dishes and eggs. Internet wasn’t that reliable. We stayed 2 nights there, the second we had a drunk neighbor that was really noisy at 3:30 a.m. That made us noticed that there’s a noise isolation issue at the rooms, you can even hear the TV sound from next door. “Super entspannter Ort.

“First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...
