The guy at reception with gold tooth was snatching documents or literally chucking it back- zero customer service skills or the need or want to be helpful. The place is not clean, our bedsheets were dirty and it had fresh stains. “One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Nadi. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, special thanks to Sana, Uza, and Marry for making my stay as enjoyable as I hoped. They even took the time to show me around some local spots, which made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this budget-friendly hotel to anyone visiting Nadi”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets had visible yellow stains, the floor had not been properly cleaned, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the room. The kitchen was also not functional — the stove wasn’t even connected, which was very inconvenient and misleading. The only positives were the great view and the convenient parking. “The staff were excellent. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The wifi was good in the room. The restaurant and bar have a limited menu but the meals were nice, although very big. Airport shuttle was prompt. I will be staying there again.”
