“Very welcoming and friendly staff; restaurant went out of their way to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The property is kept very clean and well staffed. If you want a break from the crowded touristy areas of Zanzibar; I highly recommend Treetop. Just be aware that off property it’s a distance to find restaurants or proper markets. But Treetop is so good for a quiet restful stay in Zanzibar. It’s also very close to Jozani Forest which is a major attraction for nature and wildlife ”

“First issue was that we had to pay high city tax which was not mentioned anywhere. Second issue was that when we arrived, our All-In option did not cover first day lunch so we had to pay, the same applied on departure. Hotel room was OK, nothing exceptional. The garden and pool area were well maintained and simply beautiful. The beach was as expected, all depends on sea tide, but not swimmable at any time. Hotel is isolated, so car is a must. “We eventually had a lovely time at Menai beach bungalows. There were a few issues but Mohammad and his staff were so lovely and helpful that it made the whole experience a lot of fun. The food was great and the staff in the restaurant, bar area we're delightful. Mohammed has just taken the place on and he said he has a plan to improve some of the facilities that need improvement. Alle Sehr freundlich, besonders Ana, Manager und Jakob Viele liege im Schatten Gute Klimaanlage Schöne Dusche mit allen Badeartikel Täglich Zimmerreinigung Laute Musik am Nachmittag vom Nachbarhotel bis 10 Uhr abend Während unserem Aufenthalt Strom für Licht, Wasser und WLAN oft ausgefallen. The room had no air conditioning and the power went off for about 4 hours in the middle of the night. It was very hot and difficult to sleep. Also the water pressure was barely a trickle making showering almost impossible. ”

“Wonderful! The staff can't do enough for you. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely, the view spectacular. From Yacinta at the front desk, to Agustino, Kelvin and Alfred in the bar and restaurant, to Chef Ali and the delicious food, every one really cared for us and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Even the groundsmen and the housekeepers had a lovely smile and ask about your day, honestly I can't speak highly enough. A great experience, wish we didnt have to leave!”
