I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. “Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished”

“The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). “Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.”

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. ”

Just felt a bit odd with no amenities. Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!”
