“I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty
The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym.
We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location.”

Very quiet room even though it's next to the main road. I'd like it more if they provided the usual hotel amenities in the room (e.g. a bath cap). Breakfast is quite nice, a continental and full English buffet. Overall, I like the place.”
