“Great location, staff and amenities. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay.”

“The natural surrounds are beautiful and the gardens are very well maintained. However, the owners need to invest a lot more money in maintaining and updating all of the buildings throughout the resort. They are looking very run down and tired. The owner also needs to invest money in hiring more staff as they were few and far between. The Alcove outdoor bar/al fresco is advertised as being open from 11am everday but we we waited until 12 and it still wasn't open.”

“The manager went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good stay. I really appreciate the effort put in on such short notice. The cleaning staff was very helpful with my enquires about finding my way around. Thank you for putting up with me being a diva. 😅🙏”

“Staff, service and food were AMAZING. The room is a classic pub room, unfortunately ours had a pretty strong bad smell, and the shower was incredibly difficult to regulate the temperature. The bed was pretty comfy and the place was really clean. Had a coffee machine, milk, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.”

“The room was ok the shower was disgusting the aircon didn't work no spoons to make a drink. Staff were polite and informative and just needed alot of maintenance. Will not stay again. ”
