“Great design and use of a small space. Modern, clean and friendly host.”

“Good place”

“Very nice apartment, simple furnishings. Co”

“I was only in Orlando for one night and this cute studio was the perfect choice with a super easy check in process. The host left clear instructions and the neighborhood is peaceful so I had no problem getting to sleep after such a long day.”

“We had a great stay overall! The host was very responsive and addressed the one issue we experienced right away, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable, communication was excellent, and we’d definitely stay here again.”

“Fantastic find! Adorable apartment. Very modern. Nicely decorated. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful community. Host always available and friendly.”

“Clean rooms. Super friendly host.”

“I stayed at the property from Oct 31st to Nov 2nd for the weekend. This is a very cozy and clean studio apartment which was perfect fo myself and my 2 dogs. There is a fenced in yard at lights at night so my dogs really enjoyed it also. ”

“Owners were easy to reach and to work with little to no notice of our need. Unit was clean and affordable! Note - gated community with security was a learning curve but the guards were reachable by phone and very nice. ”

“Condo was clean and perfect for the two of us Host was always available with the few questions that we had and very welcoming. Loved the location and had a fabulous vacation”

“We found plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped or crowded together while staying here.”

“Interior of rental was fantastic and just as advertised - my only comment truly shouldn’t reflect on the owner much; that being the constant noise in the neighborhood, which was accentuated by street paving immediately in front of house. Unsure if that was communicated by city ahead of time, if so I personally may have not taken bookings until completion. Otherwise, very good stay, would give a thumbs up to anyone asking recommendations.”

“We had an excellent stay at this property. it was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained, Hugo was a wonderful host and extremely communicative. The property was perfectly located close to the venue for our event.Overall, we highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again in the future! Thanks, Hugo!”

“Spacious quiet apartment in the heart of downtown Orlando. Was a large apartment, nice washer and dryer, comfy bed, large bathroom. Really great for an extended stay. We loved that we could walk everywhere; restaurants, countless coffee shops, kava bar, bars, grocery store. Everything. There is a convenience store downstairs, which also came in handy. Also used the gym, which was nice and newer equipment.”
