“The Residence was the perfect setting for a girls trip. All of us were 65 years old and we loved being able to take a walk around Baldwin Park every morning, use the pool, and then go into Winter Park. The house had everything we could possibly want. We loved grilling outside by the pool for dinner. We ate out for lunch every day. Would highly recommend and return to this property. Caitlyn was wonderful to work with.”

“I stayed for 8 nights. If you have a big suitcase, be forewarned that getting it up the circular staircase is probably not a good idea. I recommend bringing it upstairs via the outdoor deck stairs.There were several things broken that the host was very responsive and fixed immediately.It was a good space and felt like a safe area for an older gal like me. “The stay was great. There was a slight smell of a chemical odor but not overwhelming. The bed was comfy with clean sheets and there were enough clean towels. Made friends with the local cat. Overall, its was a great stay!”

“The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!”

“Hard to rate this because we didn't stay. We arrived at the location with zero information on check-in, other than the address. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. ”
