“Our experience as a whole was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Very delicious crab cake!
That being said, the hotel is starting to show wear. Our bathroom door was warped from water damage. The sink was clogged. The bathroom mirror lighting needed replaced. I did call the front desk and maintenance came right away. The sink was fixed. They could not fix the lighting as they did not have the parts. The main part of our suite had...

“We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I could not give 5 stars. We truly love staying here, there is so much to like. However, the following are genuine observations versus criticism and meant to help with keeping this a great place to stay. 1. Balcony = just enough room to sit outside with two chairs and a whopping great fan the sound of a jet engine constantly turning off and on right next to it. 2. Fan = noise permeating into the room so much we had to turn the...
