Have a bit of unpleasant and unexpectedly ā free breakfast ~ breakfast included ā issue with a property staff. I booked my room through EXPEDIAā and paid for breakfasts as well. Nonetheless, on the propertyās documentation based on their own system print out. It didnāt reflect a breakfast was included with my stay, despite I paid for it with my room when I booked my stay with Expedia. At the end, we came to an agreement, thorough I felt customerās information from Expedia should suffice and legitimate, and undoubtedly, the propertyās ongoing problem/huge headache shouldnāt have brought up / explained to me. I am as a customer, doesnāt whatsoever required to know about the propertyās hectic and unpredictable own operating system.
The ultimate and critical point of getting to is
the property staff shouldnāt never and ever at any points in time told ( I took it as blamed / doubtful/ accused ) customer about your own system problem. I recommend the property should resolve and fix it problematical operating reservation system so we are all on the same page and happily and delightfully stay at Nano Place.
