Beautiful condo in beautiful Pawleys Plantation

Absolutely no complaints with this condo. My adult children stayed there over Thanksgiving. It was comfortable, convenient and very nicely decorated for the season.

Quiet and cozy

Had a party of 7 and had plenty of room. The home was clean and the neighbors were quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient and Charming

We were in town for a wedding at Pawleys Plantation and stayed here with another couple for the long weekend. We enjoyed sitting by the pool just across the street a few times in between events and after a day at the beach. The screened porch with Golf Course view was peaceful. The linen and towel service was convenient. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Great place! One issue though

Great place to stay! Clean and tidy and full of all furnishings needed. Only complaint we have is the beds were extremely firm. We are very frequent travelers and can sleep just about anywhere but these mattresses could certainly use a softer top. Friendly recommendation! Otherwise we had a lovely stay!

Great low-key vacation

Our group of friends stayed here over the 4th of July and very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms were of ample size and everything was very clean. The kitchen was also well-stocked for when we wanted to cook dinners. The location was good for us to go to the beach, though there's no direct access from the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for what I needed!

Everything was perfect and was exactly what I needed for a time away by myself. Safe neighborhood and the home was beautifully decorated, creating an inviting space just to rest. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Immaculate condo that met our expectations.One serious issue: heating system is not operating properly. Heating vents very loud. Rear bedroom too cool;thermostats in living room and bedroomd not reaching temperature.

Time to relax in Pawleys Plantation

Beautiful condo.The condo was very clean and spacious. The area was very quiet and I enjoyed the bonus of a bike to ride around from the beach rental company. Since we flew in from Canada and we're there for a week a few more supplies would have been appreciated- dish and laundry soap, toilet paper. Also a reminder of the access code the day prior to arrival would have helped as I could not find it when I first arrived (it was our first time renting from Peace vacations so I should have paid more attention to the detail - most rentals send the code the day prior to arrival) Overall it was a great experience renting from Peace Vacations.

Mostly good!

Rough start when we discovered the condo had not been cleaned or linens changed since last guests. Cleaning crew responded and it was rectified within 3 hours but it’s 13 days later and I haven’t heard from manager. Great place but disappointed with customer service response and initially not being to settle in until 10pm after a long day of travel.

Nice Location

The condo was perfect for our weekend golf tournament at Pawley’s Island Plantation! It was comfortable for our family of 5 and conveniently located across from the community pool and a short walk to the clubhouse. We appreciated the amount of towels available for each guest for each night that didn’t force us to have to reuse our towels. I do wish they would consider offering more than 1 role of toilet paper per bathroom and provide dish detergent so that we could have washed dishes instead of having to use the dishwasher. Also, pool towels would be a nice addition too! As for communication, Peace Vacations sent me several emails before my trip and asked that I download their app (which basically was the same info as VRBO). They called the day before to make sure I was still coming and then at midnight on our first night they sent me a text message with check out instructions. We still had another night to go. Anyway, when I did have a question I tried to use the.VRBO app and they never responded. Thankfully, we figured out the answer. Overall, our stay was nice and good for our short stay.

Great spot across from the pool and on the golf course. Got to spend some family time before we dropped our son off at college.
