11th green condo

The area has a lot to offer for entertainment, and watching folks on the 11th hole was fun! Our pup was allowed in the condo, so that was a bonus, and she loves sitting outside at the clubhouse restaurant, where the food is delicious!

Appreciated the timely communication with the host and well stocked kitchen. I would like to mention that there is a lot of spraying for insects. I witnessed a pickup truck with a sprayer on the back of it going down the streets and golf cart paths. I have noticed a severe decline of birds in the Marsh over the last 10 years. I saw no birds in the marsh this time. whatever is being sprayed is harmful to all living things.

We use the unit as a remote work/vacation space. It was close enough for nightly dinning out and beach access. Clean. Very clean. Quiet. Very nice to walk the golf course before or after golf time. Great restaurants near by. Great communications with VRBO mgr
