The sundeck is nicely furnished with polywood outdoor furniture.  The kitchen is fully equipped, including a custom coffee bar area, and there a breakfast bar with barstools.

The main floor bedroom features a King bed.  Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom offering two Queen beds, the laundry area (in bedroom), and a 2nd full bathroom.  

There is 1 covered parking spot and unassigned guest spots near condo.

Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure at no extra charge.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
