The condo was spacious and the perfect set up for our group (4 adults and 2kids - one adult with mobility issues). It was also close to the pool which is nice. However, there was some visible wear and tear and the carpet probably should be replaced. The upstairs bathroom has some cracks and mold and could be fixed up. There were also a few roaches, which I understand are hard to control in the south but this might be a concern for some people. Overall we were happy with our stay for what we were looking for. The check-in process was a little confusing. They don’t tell you anywhere that it’s the condo on the right, also you need to check in at the front gate to get into the community. We got routed to a back entrance and did not know how to get through the gates. This could be laid out clearer in the check in email.
