Access provided to the Waccamaw Trace HOA POOL . Enjoy the HVAC heat pumps , washer/dryer. Our home boasts a wonderful efficient kitchen with double wall oven , cooktop on island , New double door Refrig. with ice maker. Several coffee makers including Keurig with a variety of flavors provided and a breakfast bar with stools . Also a Gift basket filled with goodies for your enjoyment . All dishes , silverware , utensils provided. Spacious open living area , dining for 10 . Smart TV's high speed Wi-Fi Spectrum service and a separate play area for the kids including numerous child amenities . Inviting front & rear porches and outside shower in garage for your convenience . Located along the Waccamaw Neck bike trail , with easy access to natural beauty of Brookgreen Gardens . Many dining & boutique shopping minutes away . Easy 7 minute walk to beach or parking at numerous public beach access. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Pawleys Island. We stay at this home every year. When it was sold last year we were a little concerned the new owners/management might change the home but fortunately it is still lovely. The house information book needs to be updated- there's been a change in trash pickup schedule, for example, and the Roku TV has limited options and is not user friendly ( and no instructions), but otherwise a wonderful property.

Great overall stay. Group of 8 for a golf trip. Convenient location with short drive to golf in Pawleys plus waterfronts in Murrels. Nice short walk to the beach. House is modern and nice

We had a great week in this incredible house! It is very spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and very clean. We especially enjoyed the screened portion of the back porch, where we took our morning coffee. It is a quick walk to the beach, and also very convenient to restaurants and shops.I just can’t say enough about how great this house is!

This house was absolutely perfect! It was super clean, comfortable, and beautiful! It’s great for guests of all ages! The hosts were great too. I would love to rent it again in the summer!

This house had everything you could want for children of all ages. Plenty of space to spread out if it rains. Owners communicate very well. Would stay here again.

Great spot!

We had a wonderful stay - the location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, etc! The house was clean and beautiful - cute touches like the snow cone machine and kids play area/bedroom. We would love to stay again!

Fantastic house/location!

We’ve been coming to Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach for years and this is the best rental spot we’ve ever rented. It’s perfectly set up and decorated and ready to accommodate a group or family. We loved it and will look to book it again!

This was a return visit to this property and it is always delightful. Owner is friendly and responsive; the property is beautifully decorated, perfectly located, and maintained in excellent condition. Makes for a comfortable home away from home.

Lovely home, well equipped.

Second visit to this home. Easy access to beach. Owner easily accessible and quickly responded to fix the one glitch we had during our stay. Great area for families.
