There was absolutely nothing I liked about this place. Was a total dive. I had a bad experience the second I walked in the door. And an even worse experience leaving. Not only was it a dump but I could list about 10 things wrong with this place. To the point I was waiting for my car to get a jump start and the owner made us go outside and wait with my 2 small children in the cold of they threatened to keep my deposit even though nobody was staying there.

Not recommended
The air conditioner was extremely loud. The hotel was very run down and smelly. However, it did appear like they were about to make some construction improvements. There was no hair dryer in the room. When I booked the room, it said there would be a continental breakfast, but there was nothing.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Disgusting
Room 111 was disgusting. There was a bug on the bed and a cigarette burn on the comforter. Mold in the bedroom and in the bathroom. I was so grossed out I didn’t unpack, take a shower or brush my teeth. I stayed the night woke up in the morning and checked out faster then I checked in.

It was only convenient for a one night stay to sleep. Not clean. It rained so most of the ceiling tiles were wet and dripping. Lights flickering constantly in the hallways. Water dripping from ceiling in the bathroom. Very unsafe.

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us and for that reason we are incredibly sorry that we did not provide that for you. With Covid 19 restrictions and regulations in place we are doing our best with what limited staff we have available. Also working to keep from cross contamination with less service contact. We hope to have a chance to serve you as a guest again in the future.
