THE LODGE - The Heart of the Compound
The Lodge is where the magic lives. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a den featuring 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa, this spacious cabin blends rustic warmth with every modern comfort you could ask for. Step outside and the river becomes your backyard: kids catch crawdads while adults sip coffee on the wraparound deck. Spend the afternoon soaking in the hot tub, perfecting your swing at the ping pong table, or firing up the pizza oven for dinner. Indoors, the open kitchen and cozy game room offer endless ways to relax and reconnect. Whether you're lounging fireside or going head-to-head at air hockey, every corner of the Lodge invites ease and togetherness.

The River House is the perfect complement to the Lodge, a fully self-contained 4-bedroom home with its own full kitchen, ideal for overflow guests, extended family, or simply giving everyone a little more breathing room. Same stunning river setting, same quality and comfort, right next door.

Warm, rustic, and made for together time. The Compound gives large groups the rare combination of shared spaces to gather and private spaces to retreat. Kids roam free. Adults unwind. And everyone heads home just a little more grounded.

Guest Access
Guests have access to every area of both homes and all shared outdoor spaces across the full two-acre property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
At Holiday Rental, every stay is thoughtfully curated for comfort, security, and serenity, for both our guests and homeowners. To uphold this experience, we kindly ask all guests to review and adhere to the following:

•You Must be 28 years of age to book.
• We welcome respectful travelers who value our homes as much as we do. All bookings are subject to our standard guest screening and ID verification process.
• Pool heating is available as an add-on for the full duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is always included.
• A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• A valid credit card and government-issued ID must be submitted after booking to finalize your reservation.
• Parties, weddings, events, bachelor/bachelorette's of any kind are not permitted.
• Standard occupancy is limited to 18 guests. Up to 4 additional guests may be approved in advance at $150/night per person.
• Unauthorized guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may incur a $250 per person, per night fee.
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in removal without refund.
• For stays of 30 nights or more, a refundable security deposit and signed Long-Term Addendum are required.
