“A previous client left a bag of dirty clothes in the closet and the Body Wash Dispenser in the Shower was completely empty.The Host was unreachable by phone or email - I was clueless as to how we could connect before, during and evening as we were leaving the property. I had to contact Vrbo to get vital information. (the help from Vrbo was great!) the property is outstanding1”

“Convenient location and the host was great. They were generally responsive and even had some missing items (hairdryer and toaster) delivered to the home. The only issue we had was the door code not working when we returned to get our things on the morning of checkout (within agreed upon checkout timeframe). Otherwise it was a great stay.”

“It was a great place,very clean and well equipped !!! Host was great and very kind My only complaint is the TVs only worked In one bedroom the other 2 did not work and we wasn’t left sheets for the pull out bed but we made do no biggie All in all it’s a great place and great location not a lot of boat or jet ski traffic which was nice”

“The host sent me very limited access information in Spanish. That was the beginning of the difficulties. He never provided an access code for the house. After trying multiple times to get in contact with the host, I had to call VRBO and ended up spending nearly an hour on hold. The host then had a translator call me and inform me that the house had no furniture in it and had water problems. I never got a reason for why I wasnt not informed long before I needed to check in.VRBO customer service...
