NEW LISTING ☼ Unique Oceanfront Home. Separate boat rental available.

  • Vista panorámica al mar y a la isla con salida directa del sol. Reservas naturales y senderos de al lado y cerca. Lejos del tráfico turístico pero conveniente para restaurantes, club náutico, compras, etc.

    La casa fue construida en 2005. Inmaculada con muebles nuevos. Casa única con 36 ventanas en todo, capitalizando la vista desde casi todas las habitaciones.

    El segundo piso tiene dormitorio principal y baño en suite con bañera y sala de estar en la planta superior. Vistas increibles. Queen Sleeper en la habitación de abajo con medio baño. Tercera cama individual sofá convertible área de dormir. Patio frente al mar con parrilla de gas conectado al tanque de propano de la casa.

    El hogar recibe agua de la Bahía de Sebago de Portland, que es excelente durante el clima cálido. Refrigerador de agua refrigerado y agua suministrada. Durante los meses de invierno / frío, la casa recibe agua de pozo. Es salado y bastante bueno para bañarse. Demasiado salado para beber pero completamente seguro. El fregadero tiene un filtro desalinizador.

    Peaks Island es una de las docenas de islas situadas en Casco Bay y el Océano Atlántico. Es el más accesible a Portland y el único que se sirve con Car Ferry. Creemos que es uno de los más bellos y definitivamente el más habitable y conveniente para Portland. Los ferries salen desde Portland cada hora aproximadamente desde las 6 a. metro. casi a medianoche. Hay transbordadores de automóviles por hora los 7 días de la semana. El horario varía día a día y dependiendo del mes. El viaje en ferry es extremadamente pintoresco y solo 15 minutos en el agua.

    Para llegar a la casa, tome el ferry con su vehículo o sin él. Hay un servicio de taxi muy confiable por 3 dólares por persona a la casa que cumple con cada ferry. Tendrá un recorrido panorámico de 2 millas hasta la propiedad alrededor de Seashore Drive. A algunos les gusta alquilar un carrito de golf cerca del muelle del ferry. Alquiler de bicicletas están disponibles cerca del muelle. Hay dos para su uso en la casa también.

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront property on Peaks Island. The home was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully outfitted with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The waterfront setting was stunning, and it was the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the island’s charm. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on Peaks Island.

Absolutely spectacular! Windows everywhere to capture the breath-taking views! Kiddos loved exploring the tide pools and bird-watching. Wild turkeys, ducks, gulls, egrets and more - downloaded the Merlin app just to keep track of them all! Peaks Island is lovely - nice restaurants, shopping, everything we needed. Heads up - the vehicle ferry charge was close to 200. They do have golf cart rentals on the island, but those are also pricey. Regardless, we would definitely stay again! Rooms were immaculately clean, and host was very communicative/accessible.

My family and I spent the Fourth of July weekend on Peaks Island, and this rental couldn’t have been more perfect. The setting is breathtaking, with the home perched right on the water and offering incredible views. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves each night was truly a highlight of our stay. The kids especially enjoyed exploring the rocky shoreline, playing outdoors, and discovering the island’s natural beauty.The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Nikki was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout the process. The location strikes the ideal balance: close enough to town for easy access to restaurants and activities, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and privacy away from the ferry crowds.If you’re looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway, this is the place. It’s hard to imagine a more serene and enjoyable spot to unwind and take in all that Peaks Island has to offer.

The location of this property is absolutely stunning. The ocean views are amazing, we saw multiple eagles, and Peaks Island is so peaceful. It was great that I could bring my dog, and check in was very easy.

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed all the house and Island had to offer. The views were great as we enjoyed watching the sunrise, tide changes, and wildlife. Easy to find and taking multiple routes let us explore the Island Friendly people everywhere.

We had a short mishap after check-in, however, Nikki quickly fixed the situation. The location of the property is breathtaking. Wonderful home to stay, and we would visit again.

Loved it!

We enjoyed it so much -- the comfortable beds, the views... we decided to come back next year! The views are really unique and special; and made it really hard to leave to explore Peak's Island (which we also did do). The house is well-appointed. Thanks for the hospitality.
