“Excellent location and beautiful outdoor spaces”

“Read the fine print. While I knew there wasn’t a bedroom for each of us, I did not realize there was a weird bathroom situation. The bathroom had a toilet and a tub/shower. There were 2 sinks, one in each bedroom. Nowhere to wash hands if using the bathroom and you are the one sleeping on the pull out bed. No kitchen, teeny tiny college fridge, no utensils for eating take out. Basically this is a hotel room without the 24hr amenities. Also, the bathroom was not clean when we stayed. Carmel is an...

“The location is great. Near a cool book/coffee shop, the beach and restaurants…though a bit small for more than 4 and as another person states…the water does have a smell. The biggest issue was the lack of customer service. We were missing bedding for the fold our couch. The bag labeled as such contained two robes…one with a large black hair on it. When I called the host company it was 8pm and I got the run around. I was told they would make a ticket and mark it urgent. Given it was for a kid’s...

“We had a lovely relaxing time at Sweet Seventeenth! The location was amazing -- close to great shops and restaurants and of course Bookworks Coffee shop!!! The home was totally stocked with essentials including a lovely bottle of Pino :) We hope to return to Pacific Grove and will definitely try to book this property again. Thank you!”

“Great communication, clean areas, two TVs to use freely.”

“The most perfect, relaxing, place we have ever been to. Love the view, friendly people, cute places to go, the walk, the drive. We can’t say enough words to describe the peace and relaxation that was felt during our stay. The house was perfect for our family of five and our 2 dogs. So convenient, the perfect setting for nice strolls. House was immaculately clean, well stocked and cozy. Would HIGHLY recommend. Not only good company, but great atmosphere makes the best vacations!”

“Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house and the area! It was the perfect location as it was walkable to the downtown without being near the loud canary tow area (blasting music and full of tourist).”

“Our multigenerational group (ages 22-79) loved Solis and Sea! Plenty of room to spread out, plus beautiful common areas. Marco was very responsive when we had trouble figuring out the guest cottage shower. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful time!”
