It was dirty with dog hair on the floors, sofa and pillows. The balcony off the livingroom was full of at least 4 day old Pidgeon feces, also on the other two balconies. Maintenance cleaned one WHILE we were there, the other two the next day.. The garage door was defective. Cleaning staff fixed it initially, it happened again after entering...

Sandy is a charming and responsive owner/manager, the house is well maintained and stocked, the lake is beautiful and warm, the pool and spa are clean and work properly, etc. No good restaurants nearby and only a few good grocery stores. Muskoka Boat Rentals provides good speedboats.”
