“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”

“Easy parking in beautiful surroundings. The grounds are very secenic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was warm and fresh. We stayed in a family suite, was modern and well equipt. Bed were a tad uncomfortable though.”
